Advent Calendar Competition Terms & Conditions 

• Website entries are via the relevant form as shown in each day 
• Closing date for entries is as stated on the competition post, any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. 
• Winners will be selected at random and informed via email within 14 days of closing 
• If the winner(s) do not respond within 14 days of the email being sent, the prize will be allocated to somebody else. 
• Winners will be announced and posted on the Hornby competition page and our social media accounts.  
• Winners must meet the entry requirements. Anyone who can not prove they have followed the rules will not receive the prize, and someone else will be chosen from the entries. 
• For some prizes your details will be shared with 3rd parties for organising prizes only. Your details will not be used for any future contact and will not be kept on file.  
• Any giveaways supplies and send by 3rd parties are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. 
• You must be aged 16 or over to enter the competition. Anyone under 18 must have and be able to show your parents/guardians permission to enter. 
• The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
• Hornby Hobbies takes no responsibility for entries which are not received. 
• The prize promotion is not open to employees of Hornby Hobbies or of any subsidiary or associated company of Hornby Hobbies or to employees’ family members. 
• Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted. 
• Hornby Hobbies reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time. 
• The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
• The name and town of residence of the winner may be displayed on the Hornby Hobbies websites or social media channels. 
• Losing entries will not receive any notification. 
• Prizes will be sent within 14 days of the winner providing a delivery address. 
• The decision of Hornby Hobbies is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion. 
• Hornby Hobbies reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site. 
• Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
