What is the Hobby Rewards loyalty programme?
Hobby Rewards is the brand-new Hornby Hobbies customer loyalty program that will operate across all of our own brands (Hornby, Scalextric, Airfix, Corgi, Humbrol, Pocher, Bassett-Lowke, Rivarossi, Lima, Jouef, Electrotren and Arnold). It is available to customers in the UK, EU and USA. Once you’ve joined, you get points for certain activities, including shopping online, completing surveys and following us on social media.
How do I join Hobby Rewards?
Hobby Rewards is free to join. If you are an existing member of any of our websites, simply visit the account page and sign up for Hobby Rewards. New customers will need to create a new account – you can join Hobby Rewards on the same page. If you are unable to join online, you can contact our Customer Service team on 01843 233502 (Monday – Wednesday 9am - 5pm, Thursday – Friday: 9am – 3pm) and we will be able to create an account for you.
How do I earn Hobby Rewards points?
Once you have joined Hobby Rewards, you start earning points on any purchases on any of our websites. Depending on the currency of your purchases, you will earn 10 points for every £1, $1 or €1 spent. Points earned from a purchase will be available on your account to spend 14 working days after receipt of your product. You can also earn points for other activities, such as completing questionnaires, referring friends and following us on social media. Not all of these additional point-earning activities will be available at launch. Points earned for these activities will be immediately available in your account.
How do I spend Hobby Rewards points?
Hobby Rewards points can be spent on any Hornby Hobbies websites online. 1 point can be redeemed for 1 pence at checkout. In addition, from time to time, you will be able to spend your Hobby Reward points with our programmes reward partnerships. Our suite of reward partners will grow over time, please let us know on our forums if you are interested in becoming a Hobby Rewards redemption partner.
