Charity and raffle requests

Here at Hornby, we’re proud to support a number of charities and community initiatives each year. While we currently work closely with a select group of charitable partners across our business, we understand there are many great causes out there and we welcome requests for raffle prizes or gift items.

Please note that, as our resources are limited, we’re not always able to support every request. However, we carefully consider every request because we understand how much value charities bring to the community. All submissions will be read and reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll be in touch if we’re able to help.

To ensure fairness, a select number of requests will be chosen at random twice a year from the form submissions below. If your organisation is selected, our team will contact you directly with next steps.

Terms and Conditions

All donations are given at Hornby’s discretion.

Donations can be recalled or withdrawn if it is felt they are not being used appropriately.

Form must be fully completed.

We only accept one successful application per charity per year.

All requests are considered, but our decision is final.

We reserve the right to communicate this donation publicly, and in some instances will be legally obliged to do so.
