Hornby TT:120 Club Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

 

The Hornby TT:120 Club (“TT Club”) is operated by Hornby Hobbies Ltd. Membership provides access to exclusive products, digital magazines and behind-the-scenes content related to the Hornby TT:120 range.

Membership is free to join, but this is subject to change. Hornby Hobbies Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the club, end the free membership ahead of the 12 months or introduce a membership fee in future.

By joining the TT Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration or renewal.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

 

3. Membership Benefits

Active Hornby TT Club members receive:

  • Behind-the-scenes content showcasing Hornby TT:120 product development
  • Exclusive access to selected TT:120 products not available to non-members
  • Occasional member-only offers or promotions, such as discount events or product bundles (when available)
  • Exclusive competitions

All benefits are subject to change, with addition or removal at Hornby’s discretion. Membership does not guarantee access to all exclusive offers or products, which may be time-limited or restricted by availability.

 

4. Access and Use

  • Members must log in to their hornby.com account to access TT Club content or claim member-only offers.
  • Membership status may be verified at checkout.
  • Digital content provided as part of the TT Club is for personal use only and may not be shared or republished.

 

5. Competitions

Competitions affiliated with the Hornby Collector Club will be subject to all standard Terms and Conditions. Any regulations specific to the competition will be stipulated alongside the competition details.

 

6. Product Availability

  • Club-exclusive products are subject to availability and may be offered in limited quantities.
  • Purchase limits may apply per member to ensure fair access.
  • Being a member does not guarantee access to all exclusive products.

 

7. Communication

  • Club communications will be delivered via email and/or published on the Hornby TT:120 Club section of the website.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date to receive relevant Club information.

 

8. Misuse and Membership Revocation

Hornby Hobbies Ltd reserves the right to revoke or suspend Collector Club memberships at its sole discretion if a member is found to:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Misuse of membership benefits
  • Sharing of member-only discounts or exclusive content publicly or with non-members
  • Attempt to resell or distribute Club-exclusive items in a manner that breaches fair-use policies

Revoked memberships will not be reinstated or refunded.

 

9. Modifications and Termination

  • Hornby Hobbies Ltd reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw the TT:120 Club or any associated benefits at any time, with or without notice.
  • This includes introducing or removing benefits such as discount events, exclusive product access, or content offerings.
  • Changes to these Terms & Conditions will be published on the website and may be communicated to members via email.

11. Limited-Time Member Discount Offer (February 2026)

Until Thursday 19 March 2026, active Hornby TT Club members are eligible for the following promotional discounts:

  • 15% off all in-stock Hornby TT:120 products
  • 10% off all Hornby TT:120 pre-order products

These discounts:

  • Are exclusive to TT Club members and are automatically applied at checkout when logged in with an eligible account
  • Apply only to Hornby TT:120 products (excludes HM7000, scenic items, non-TT products, or any third-party items)
  • Are valid on hornby.com only and cannot be redeemed via third-party sellers or distributors
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or promotional codes
  • Do not apply to shipping or taxes
  • Cannot be retrospectively applied to existing pre-orders or previous purchases.

This is a time-limited offer available only during the promotional window stated. Hornby Hobbies Ltd reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time.
