DB0020 Acrylic Paint - 20: Crimson - Gloss - 14ml

Humbrol No. 20 Crimson is a water-based Acrylic paint with a Gloss finish, supplied in a 14ml dropper bottle. It was developed for plastic model kits and resin models, but works on many other substrates. Rich pigmentation gives high opacity in two thin coats, and the self-levelling resin system settles out brush marks. Matt, Satin and Metallic versions of this colour are also available.

How to Use

Prime bare plastic first for adhesion; a white primer keeps the Crimson bright and cuts the number of coats. Brush straight from the bottle or a palette, or airbrush thinned with water or Acrylic Thinners at 2 parts paint to 1 part thinner. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat, so let the first coat hard-dry before applying the second.
