Free Kids Pass Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Hornby Hobbies Ltd, Westwood Industrial Estate, Margate, Kent, CT9 4JX (“the Promoter”).
2. Participating Brands
The promotion applies to purchases made of selected Hornby and Scalextric products.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 14th November 2025 to 22nd December 2025, inclusive (“the Promotional Period”).
4. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Hornby Hobbies Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
- A purchase of a qualifying product (as listed below) is required to enter.
- Limit: one claim per person.
5. Qualifying Products and How to Claim
- To qualify, customers must purchase one of the following products during the Promotional Period:
- Hornby: R9361M, R9360M
- Scalextric: C1446M
- Following a qualifying purchase, customers will receive an email with a unique URL link to claim their Free Kids Pass.
- Emails will be sent out twice weekly during the Promotional Period and up to two weeks after it ends.
- Access and redemption of the Free Kids Pass is managed entirely online via the URL provided.
6. Offer Details
- Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one Free Kids Pass.
- There are 1,000 Free Kids Passes available in total.
- The approximate retail value of each Kids Pass is £48.
- The offer is available while stocks last and subject to availability.
- No cash or alternative reward will be offered.
7. Disqualification and Invalid Claims
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- Uses multiple or fraudulent entries;
- Breaches these terms; or
- Interferes with the operation of the promotion (for example, through technical manipulation or automated entry methods).
8. Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be used solely for administration of this promotion unless consent is given for additional marketing.
9. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Lost, delayed, or misdirected emails;
- Technical issues or failures relating to accessing the redemption URL; or
- Any circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation or fulfilment of the offer.
10. General
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if necessary due to events outside its control.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
