Welcome to the August edition of Train Terminal. This month features the Class 50 running sample, a Mk2F coach decorated sample and the Class 43 HSTs with the Mk3 coaches decorated samples.
Class 50 Running Sample
We have received a running sample for the Class 50 model. Here's a quick reminder of how this process works. After receiving the first shots, the running samples will be extensively tested on the track in both analogue and DCC configurations. Testing criteria will be noted and then tested on the samples. If any issues arise, temporary modifications can be made before more assessment of each sample’s performance can be taken. All the results will be communicated to the vendor, including running videos and any modifications that are required. You will find below images of the running sample.
